We believe enabling families to share stories is a significant moment in their remembrance. To achieve this Shipleys took the time to fully understand our needs, and designed and installed digital AV systems in our five chapels, meeting all of our requirements. Marco was always on-time, always available, and he pre-empted a lot of our requirements. When a speaker needed to change their presentation, upload a massive video file, work from their own laptop etc, Marco dealt with these changes quickly and without any fuss. Set up and pack down was fast and inconspicuous. An amazing job all round. I've worked on many different types of events for many years, so I feel it's important to highlight great work when I see it!
